FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with approximately 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and workflow diagrams.
  • Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
  • Support change management and user training during system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in domains like finance, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.

  • Monday to Friday
