We Are Hiring – Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our Emergency Departments across a number of hospital sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting patients and clinical teams at the heart of emergency care.
What You’ll Do
Support registered nurses and medical staff in caring for acutely unwell patients
Assist with personal care, observations, and basic clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
Contribute to team-based, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who:
Have experience in a healthcare or care environment (hospital or community)
Are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality patient care
Can remain calm and focused in a busy and sometimes emotionally challenging setting
Are eager to learn and develop new clinical skills
Are able to start immediately
