FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking excellent social media executives to join our rapidly growing Chinese Medicine Clinics.

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy by conducting competitive research, determining suitable platforms, setting benchmarks, and identifying target audiences.
• Create, modify, publish, and distribute content that fosters meaningful connections and motivates community members to engage.
• Oversee the performance of the company’s online presence on various platforms.
• Continuously enhance strategies by collecting and analysing relevant social data, metrics, insights, and best practices, and applying the findings.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer relations and clinics, to manage the company’s reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate joint actions.
• Establish crucial connections with influencers across diverse social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Marketing experience in digital and social media
• Creative aptitude for generating fresh and innovative ideas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all organisational levels
• Capable of prioritising and managing multiple projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset towards colleagues
• Preferred candidates should have the capability to conduct online streams
• Proficient in English speaking with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above

Benefits:

• Salary starting from £32,000.00 per annum (negotiable on experience)
