Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home – Visa Sponsorship Available
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for a rewarding role in a beautiful coastal location?
We’re seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our outstanding nursing home in Sidmouth. With *visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in elderly care.
Key Details:
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading medication rounds and clinical care delivery
- Working autonomously during day shifts with nurse-led responsibility
- Supervising care staff and mentoring junior team members
- Developing personalised care plans for elderly residents
- Maintaining accurate records in line with NMC standards
- Collaborating with the Deputy Manager and the multidisciplinary team
We’re Looking For:
- Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Minimum 3 years’ UK nursing experience (care home setting preferred)
- 2+ years’ UK care home experience for sponsored candidates
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care and medication management
- Ability to work flexible day/night shifts
