Full time, part time and permanent shifts available. Weekdays and Weekend shifts.
VHM care is a Family run Home Care Provider.
Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community ( Worthing).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
- Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with client’s families.
- Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.
What you’ll need:
- Full Driving Licence (required)
- Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
- The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)
