Hope Montessori Nursery is a brand-new, modern nursery in London — and we’re not your typical setting. We’re fun, collaborative, and values-driven, with a mission to create an inclusive space where children thrive and staff feel truly supported.
Now, we’re looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our growing team with passion, purpose, and positivity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, inspire, and support a talented team of educators
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence and well-being
- Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Maintain the highest standards in safeguarding, EYFS compliance, and health & safety
- Drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure the nursery is thriving
- Champion our values of curiosity, care, and collaboration every day
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified childcare professional (Level 3 minimum; Level 5+ preferred)
- Proven experience managing or leading within a nursery setting
- Deep knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding
- A confident, empathetic leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Someone with a can-do attitude who brings warmth and professionalism
