Key Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker, you will be expected to:
· Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support in clients’ homes
· Assist with daily living activities including personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting
· Support meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance
· Provide emotional support, companionship, and promote independence
· Accurately record care visits using our electronic system
· Adhere to CareYourWay’s policies, safeguarding standards, and confidentiality requirements

Essential:
· A genuine passion for helping others
· Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available)
· Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check
· A strong command of written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Previous experience in care (not essential – full training provided)
- Your own accommodation (this role does not provide staff accommodation)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
