About the Role:
Tribes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our internal team and work directly within our Tribes Studio, collaborating closely with our tech leads and project managers. This role is focused on developing a robust and scalable SaaS CRM application, requiring strong expertise in Flutter with a particular emphasis on Riverpod for state management. Flutter Web experience is required, as the project will involve building a cross-platform solution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for mobile and web.
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Flutter and Riverpod.
- Optimize performance for both mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
- Contribute to the improvement of development practices, tools, and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with Flutter, web, and mobile development best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional mobile and web app development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter, including deploying applications to iOS, Android, and Web.
- Strong expertise in Riverpod for state management.
- Flutter Web experience is required.
- Understanding of modern mobile and web app architectures (MVVM or similar).
- Experience integrating REST APIs with front-end applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web apps.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Flutter animations and custom UI development.
Familiarity with other state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, etc.).
Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
