We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee both new and ongoing client projects in the infrastructure and security space. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-priority projects with cutting-edge technologies.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client-facing projects, focusing on the implementation of Microsoft Intune, Azure security, and other infrastructure-related technologies. You will manage stakeholder relationships, lead project planning, and ensure successful project execution while collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Manage external client relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Project Planning & Execution: Lead and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management for both new and ongoing deployments.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide internal and client-facing reports to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a small project team, reporting directly to the CIO and collaborating with other project managers to deliver results.
Technical Expertise & Qualifications:
Strong experience in managing networking and security projects, including Azure Defender, Azure Sentinel, and security technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet firewalls.
Expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint deployment.
Previous experience managing the implementation of infrastructure-related technologies, not focused on software or data projects.
Familiarity with Azure security, networking technologies, and project management frameworks such as Agile or ITSM.
Experience with Azure security frameworks (Defender, Sentinel) is a plus.
Ability to manage fluctuating work hours and handle workload spikes as needed.
Team Dynamics:
The Project Manager will work closely with a small team, reporting directly to the CIO.
Currently, there are two full-time Project Managers and two contract PMs.
