Virtual Assistant (Sales & Revenue-Focused) – Remote

We are Logical Leap a digital agency focused on scaling businesses through AI, automation, and high-performance marketing. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who isn’t just about admin work but is focused on helping us make money.

This role is for someone who can generate leads, close deals, upsell clients, and streamline sales processes all while handling day-to-day operations. If you’re resourceful, consistent, and reliable, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be DoingRevenue-Generating Tasks (Primary Focus)

Lead Generation & Sales Outreach â€“ Find potential clients via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and business directories. Send 100+ cold emails & DMs per day, book discovery calls, and move leads through our funnel.

Sales Closing in Chat & Email â€“ Manage inbound leads from live chat, email, and DMs, converting them into paying clients by responding quickly and persuasively.

Client Upsells & Renewals â€“ Reach out to existing clients, offering upgrades, long-term deals, and additional services to increase revenue.

Follow-Ups & Nurture Sequences â€“ Monitor leads who haven’t converted yet, re-engage them, and move them toward a sale through strategic follow-ups.

Operations & Client Success (Secondary Focus)

Client Onboarding & Support â€“ Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they use our services effectively.

Organizing Client Requests & Workflow Management â€“ Manage incoming service requests, assign them to the right team members or AI agents, and ensure fast turnaround times.

Social Media & Content Assistance â€“ Schedule and post content, engage with followers, and help repurpose content for multiple platforms.

Basic Admin & Business Organization â€“ Manage emails, calendar bookings, invoices, and reporting to keep the business running smoothly.
