FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an experienced, creative Digital Marketing & Website Designer/Developer with expertise in website performance, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in web development, as well as a proven track record of optimizing websites for search engines and managing paid advertising campaigns.

This role will involve working closely with the marketing and design team to improve the user experience, drive traffic, and manage advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


 Responsibilities:

Web Development:

Develop, maintain, and update websites using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.

Ensure websites are fully responsive and user-friendly, and all forms and plug-ins are running smoothly and optimized for speed.

Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement website design and content updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with websites and web applications.

Integrate third-party APIs and systems as required.


SEO:

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to develop effective SEO strategies.

Optimise website content, on-page elements (meta tags, titles, headers), and images to improve rankings.

Implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, URL structure, etc.).

Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, staying up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and trends.

Generate regular SEO reports and track KPIs.


Google Ads & Facebook Ads:

Implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns alongside our Marketing Executive.

Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring ads are targeted effectively to relevant audiences.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad performance to improve ROI.

Set up conversion tracking and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.

Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.


Skills & Experience:

Proficient in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms).

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and technical SEO.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads, including campaign management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

Expertise in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
