Position: Medicare Call Center Agent

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Promote and sell various products, including insurance and benefits administration.
- Quickly understand and communicate information in an articulate, courteous, and tactful manner and positively accept supervisor feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Must have experience with data entry and navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
- Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
