People in Action are a Charity Organisation, supporting vulnerable adults to live independent lives, within their own homes and own community.

Working as the Support Worker you will support clients in all aspects of day-to-day life, from personal care to shopping, managing bills, attending medical appointments, accessing the local community, and many more.

No two shifts are ever the same, and you will learn something new every day! You will have fun with our customers, become a reliable and trusted Support Worker, kind and caring, and be involved in their development and daily life.

• Candidates MUST have weekend availability
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Document and report any changes or concerns regarding the well-being of individuals

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Successful candidates must hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to a vehicle.

Paid training for all new starters 

We offer continuous fully funded development for our teams, providing them with the opportunity to work towards vocational qualifications within the care sector, if they so wish to do so.

Training is essential for you to commence employment with us.

You will be required to be flexible to attend the 10 days training.

This will be based at our Head Office in Nuneaton, Warwickshire

Please note we do not not have a Sponsorship License, unfortunately we are unable to offer secondary 20 hours employment due to our paid mandatory training which is full time for 2 weeks.
