What You’ll Be Doing

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. Your role may include:

• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with mobility and day-to-day independence
• Preparing healthy, nutritious meals
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with medication routines
• Encouraging social engagement and wellbeing activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately
• Delivering care with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times

You may support individuals living with:

• Dementia
• Learning Disabilities
• Mental Health needs
• Age-related conditions

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in care, support work, nursing homes, or senior care is desirable
• Knowledge of dementia, mental health, or learning disability support is advantageous
• QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred (or willingness to work towards)
• First Aid certification is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence preferred
