About the Role
We’re recruiting UK-based Registered Nurses to support a remote health questionnaire programme. This is a work-from-home, weekday-only role designed for nurses seeking flexible, structured work alongside other commitments.
The role focuses on the completion of pre-approved health questionnaires and accurate capture of patient responses, working strictly within scripts and defined escalation pathways.
Responsibilities
- Complete structured health questionnaires with patients
- Record responses accurately and objectively
- Flag predefined responses for escalation in line with SOPs
- Escalate cases to designated clinical teams where required
- Adhere to all scripts, processes, and governance requirements
Scope of the Role
This role does not include:
- Diagnosis or treatment advice
- Clinical interpretation or independent judgement
- Review of medical records
- Triage or suitability decisions
This is a non-diagnostic, structured role with clinical oversight in place.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Active NMC registration
- Strong communication skills, including telephone-based interactions
- Comfortable working to structured scripts and processes
- Reliable home working setup
