FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Report To: Scientific Director
Daily rate: To be agreed
We’re always looking for experienced freelance medical writers to help support our growing portfolio of healthcare communications clients.
You’ll need:
- A strong background in medical and scientific writing
- Experience of working within in a medical education or medical communications agency
- The ability to develop high-quality and scientifically accurate content for HCP audiences, either educational or promotional depending on your expertise
- An understanding of the needs and pressures of healthcare communications agencies, and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with genuine passion
- Client management skills – interpreting briefs, prioritising effectively and managing deadlines
- The confidence to work independently, with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of the ABPI code of practice (where applicable)
Depending on your background, you’ll support us on a range of projects – from creative campaigns and promotional materials, to slide decks, publications and patient materials.
Whilst you’ll work independently, our friendly and experienced in-house team is always on hand to share knowledge, offer support, and collaborate when you need it.
