Salary: This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential. On average, our marketers earn between ₦100,000 – ₦500,000 monthly depending on performance. There is no cap on earnings, and top performers can exceed this range.

Job Description:
Elizurom Limited is seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and sales. You will work across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising platforms.

This role is perfect for a proactive marketer who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results.
• Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Graphic design skills for creating visual content.
