About Us
We are a growing property sourcing company specialising in securing high-quality properties for care providers across the UK. Our focus is on delivering reliable, compliant, and well-matched properties that meet the needs of supported living and care businesses.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our sourcing business. You will play a key role in managing our team of sourcers, ensuring deals progress smoothly, and keeping operations running efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support a team of property sourcers
- Track and manage property deals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and care provider clients
- Maintain and update internal systems, trackers, and CRM
- Ensure deadlines and targets are met across the team
- Assist with onboarding and training new sourcers
- Identify and improve operational processes
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the business
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities at once
- Experience in property, sourcing, or operations (preferred but not essential)
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
