Inclusive Care Options is a specialist learning disability care provider led by a registered nurse. Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live life on their own terms — with independence, choice, and dignity

• Helping with daily activities, personal care, and community outings in a person-centred way

• Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families

• Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and new experiences — every day is different

• Supporting with medication under guidance from our clinical nursing team

• Keeping clear, accurate records and communicating with the wider team

Work schedule

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Contract length: 3 months

Requirement 

• A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference

• Patience, kindness, and a good sense of humour

• Reliability — the people we support count on you

• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
