Position: Care Worker

Salary: £12.82 – £13.00 an hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work location: Burton-On-Trent

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules

• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with client

• Assist with housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up

Work schedule

Full-time role 

You will have 

• Experience in domiciliary care

• Compassionate, friendly and trustworthy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in PEG, RIG, challenging behaviour, seizures, diabetes

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirement 

• Experience: Domiciliary Care: 1 year (required)

• Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Mandatory requirements for visa switches / Skilled workersroute:

• Caregiving / Nursing aide course

• Fully completed Care Certificate

• Domiciliary care experience (1 year minimum)

• Access to own vehicle

• Full UK driving license

• Relocation to Burton-on-Trent is mandatory
