FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to support inbound customer interactions in a remote environment.

This role involves assisting customers with account-related inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving service-related concerns while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities includes:

• Handle inbound customer service calls

• Assist customers with account inquiries and general support

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues

• Document interactions within company systems

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Work schedule

• Pay varies based on client program and experience

• Flexible scheduling available

• Opportunities for part-time and full-time hours

You will have

• This is a remote position

• Independent contractor (1099)

• Background check may be required

• Additional training may be required prior to starting

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable internet connection

• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Portuguese/English) is preferred but not required.
