FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
BenSpark Cleaning Company is currently looking for self-employed, experienced cleaners to join our expanding team in London. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose the days you want to work, and take on jobs that fit around your availability.
We provide flexible, consistent work across London from regular domestic cleans to deep and end-of-tenancy cleans. You focus on delivering excellent service, we handle the bookings, customer communication, and payments.
Your Responsibilities include:
• You choose the days you’re available
• We assign jobs based on your location and schedule
• You receive clear job details and client information ahead of time
• We handle all payments and customer service so you can focus on cleaning
• Tips and performance-based bonuses available
Work Schedule
• Self-determined schedule (you tell us when you’re available)
• Daytime and evening work available
• Weekend work optional
You Will Have
• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
• Your own basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.)
• Must be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
• Ability to travel across London (up to 1 hour from your location)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
Requirements
• Cleaning : 1 year (required)
• Right to work in UK
