Signature Pharmacy is an innovate online pharmacy. We work with large companies across the world to offer a fast and reliable medication delivery service across the country 7-days-a-week.

We are looking for a customer service agent who is driven and wants to work at a growing company. This is an opportunity for the right person to excel their career and go into promotions as the company grows.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Answer patient calls and work with clinics and courier to resolve issues

• Manage customer support through Intercom – our ticketing system

• Submit and manage courier claims

• Work with clinics to help with queries

• General administration work

• Working with colleagues

• Order stock from suppliers through phone and email

• Managing returns

• Administration tasks.

Work Schedule

Full-time in-person role.

You Will Have

• Strong communication skills for phone, ticketing and clinic liaison.

Requirements

• Comfortable with fast-paced environment and issue resolution.
