We are looking for compassionate, experienced resilient individuals to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including people with complex needs and behavioursthat challenge.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Many of the people we support have experienced trauma, exclusion, or services that haven’t worked for them. 

• Your role will be to provide consistent, person-centredsupport, helping individuals build safer, more independent and fulfilling lives.

• You’ll use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches

• follow support plans

• encourage community participation, 

• And support people with daily living

• personal care and developing independence.

Work Schedule

Flexible contract.

You Will Have

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism

• Experience working with complex behaviour or high support needs

• The ability to stay calm, patient and empathetic in challenging situations

• Commitment to person-centred support and PBS approaches

Requirements

• A full UK Driving Licence
