We are seeking dynamic and results-driven business support officer to join our team. Your Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive manage general day to day business

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and organisational skills.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.

• Lead market research initiatives to gather insights that inform marketing strategies.

Work Schedule

37.5 hours per week, full-time in-person role.

You Will Have

• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Leadership qualities with experience in guiding teams or managing campaigns independently.

• Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and practices.

• Solid understanding of general marketing concepts, including digital channels and traditional media.

• IT literacy with familiarity in various marketing tools and platforms.

• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
