FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Tek Annoa LLC seeks meticulous Health Data Entry Clerks for remote management of patient visit information within Indian Health Service (IHS) healthcare system. This role ensures accurate data transfer from EHR/EDR systems and paper forms into RPMS maintaining federal compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Entering patient visit data from Electronic Health Records into RPMS PCC package accurately.

• Monitoring incomplete visits, coordinating documentation collection and merging coding queue items.

• Supporting coding workflows meeting outpatient (4 days) and inpatient (10 days) timelines.

• Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality throughout data processes.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position processing visits assigned by HIM/Coding Supervisor.

You Will Have

• High school diploma with 1-2 years healthcare data entry and EHR system experience.

• Strong attention to detail, medical terminology knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Proven accuracy meeting productivity deadlines within regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Understanding of IHS policies, RPMS system and federal healthcare compliance procedures.
