FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Change Grow Live seeks a passionate Data Analyst for 12-month maternity cover across Sheppey Cluster prisons, overseeing data collection, analysis and national reporting for psychosocial intervention services. This role ensures data quality, supports service improvement and delivers training on clinical case management systems.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing efficient data collection, analysis and national reporting frameworks.
• Producing regular/ad-hoc reports for commissioners and internal stakeholders.
• Conducting quality assurance audits and coaching staff on performance outcomes.
• Managing clinical case management systems, delivering training and addressing data issues.
• Leading service data requirements and supporting wider quality improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule
Full-time 37.5 hours per week based at HMP Sheppey, Eastchurch.
You Will Have
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing large datasets.
• Proven experience maintaining information systems and developing data processes.
• Background working with NDTMS and health/social care data management.
• Strong IT literacy across Microsoft Office and ability to deliver technical training.
Requirements
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and project development contributions.
