FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Pennon Group seeks diligent Graduate Project Managers for their structured 2-year programme delivering essential water infrastructure projects across South West communities. You’ll gain real responsibility managing time-cost-quality outcomes, risk tracking and stakeholder collaboration while developing professional project management skills in a safety-first culture.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting project planning, scope definition, financial forecasting and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery.

• Identifying risks/issues through data analysis and stakeholder input, collaborating with engineers/contractors for solutions.

• Maintaining compliance documentation, regulatory approvals and safety standards across project lifecycles.

• Building relationships with technical/non-technical stakeholders through clear reporting and aligned priority setting.

Work Schedule

Full-time starting September 2026.

You Will Have

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, Business or analytical discipline.

• Diligent, organised approach with strong communication across diverse audiences.

• Curiosity about systems, evidence-based judgement and safety-first mindset.
