What you’ll receive
£13.20 per hour
- 35p per mile paid mileage
- Full paid training and ongoing development no experience needed
- Flexible working patterns including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Your role in the community
You will be supporting people in their own homes across Taunton and nearby areas.
Your work will be built around each person’s individual needs, preferences, and life story.
This includes
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified way
- Helping with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to access their community where possible
- Â Encouraging independence rather than taking over
- Observing changes in wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Working in line with care plans while adapting to the individual
You are not there to rush in and out
You are there to make each visit meaningful

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
