FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Well Pharmacy seeks an organised Pharmacy Technician to lead dispensary operations and deliver exceptional customer service at their Sheffield S17 branch. You’ll coordinate safe, efficient medication dispensing, manage stock levels and serve as a key healthcare advisor, handling everything from high-volume care home transactions to GP surgery queries while contributing to sales and store duties.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Leading dispensary operations, coordinating safe/efficient medication dispensing and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Providing healthcare advice/services at the counter as expert customer contact point.
- Assisting with sales, product displays, cash transactions and general store duties.
- Managing operational queries from GP surgeries and high-volume care home dispensing.
Work Schedule
Full-time hours in community pharmacy environment with varied daily responsibilities.
You Will Have
- Friendly, organised nature with passion for excellent customer service and relationship building.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 equivalent in Pharmacy Services and GPhC registration.
Requirements
- Up-to-date DBS/PVG check (or Automatic Update Service).
