FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Supreme Care Services seeks dedicated Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to service users in their own homes across Maldon, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will follow individual care plans and risk assessments while maintaining professionalism, safeguarding standards and accurate record-keeping in a supportive team environment with paid training and development opportunities.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Delivering personal care including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation and companionship according to care plans.
• Prompting medication safely per company policy and using moving/handling equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, stairlifts).
• Completing accurate care notes, reporting condition changes immediately and following safeguarding/whistleblowing procedures.
• Working collaboratively with coordinators, managers and families while maintaining confidentiality.
Work Schedule
Flexible full-time or part-time rotas including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with driving licence and own vehicle essential for door-to-door visits.
You Will Have
• Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude with good communication/written skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts supporting service users’ independence at home.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months care experience preferred (training provided).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
• Right to work in UK.
