FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Bundle Training Project Manager, you’ll own eLearning production workflows coordinating creative teams/freelancers across gaming/music/film/transport industries using Asana/Slack/Timely managing client reviews, project reporting, internal operations, and knowledge documentation while reporting to Operations Manager with client-facing growth potential within innovative digital learning agency delivering custom training experiences.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Own production workflow + team coordination via Asana/Slack.

• Manage internal/client review processes + feedback collation.

• Prepare briefs for Bundlers/freelancers + track project timelines.

• Support time-tracking, reporting, + budget monitoring.

• Document learnings in Notion + maintain knowledge base.

Work Schedule

Fully remote flexible hours across UK/NZ/Georgia teams.

Occasional meetings outside standard UK hours.

Extra holiday between Christmas/New Year + 25 days annual leave.

You Will Have 

• Strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication coordinating freelancers/colleagues.

• Attention to detail + proactive process improvement mindset.

• Experience with time-tracking software + client review tools.

Requirements

• UK right to work essential (remote role).

• Digital project management experience in creative environments.

• Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Notion.

• Financial literacy for budget/hour tracking.
