FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Blue Ribbon Support Worker (Days) in Bolton, you’ll enable adults with autism and learning disabilities to access chosen activities through person-centred care plans, providing personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, emotional/psychological support, community access, and accurate daily documentation while maintaining safeguarding standards and positive family/professional relationships within inclusive environment welcoming varied experience levels.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Follow person-centred care plans meeting individual preferences.
• Assist personal care, daily living, medication administration.
• Support community access, appointments, social interactions.
• Complete care records, fluid/nutrition charts, incident reports.
• Provide psychological/emotional/physical resident support.

Work Schedule

Day shifts full-time, part-time, or bank flexibility.

Bolton BL1 6HJ residential location.

You Will Have

• Autism/learning disabilities experience (preferred).
• Vulnerable adults support background advantageous.
• Independent living skills encouragement ability.
• Professional excellence maintaining high standards.
