FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a kdb+ Developer at Data Intellect, you’ll collaborate with business users and senior developers to deliver high-performance time-series data solutions for capital markets clients, developing clean q language code, analysing large-scale datasets, generating actionable reports, and mentoring juniors within multidisciplinary fintech teams across London, Belfast, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore. This hybrid London role targets accomplished engineers with 3+ years commercial kdb+ experience, offering selective UK visa sponsorship for exceptional international talent able to contribute immediately, while embodying the DI code of Problem Solving, Humility, Can-do Attitude, and Togetherness in solving complex big data challenges for financial, energy, and healthcare sectors.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business users defining application requirements and deliverables.
• Develop, test, and maintain performant kdb+ code for client time-series applications.
• Support project delivery working alongside Project Managers and senior developers.
• Analyse large-scale time-series data generating actionable business reports.
• Mentor junior developers contributing to team learning culture.

Work Schedule

You Will Have

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial kdb+ development experience.
