FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part-time Cleaner with NE Clean Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and presentable office environment at a site in Newcastle upon Tyne (NE13 9BA). This role is ideal for someone seeking regular part-time work with set daytime and late afternoon shifts, and who takes pride in high cleaning standards and attention to detail. You will follow an agreed cleaning schedule and work largely independently while contributing to a professional, welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Follow a set cleaning schedule for the office premises.

• Clean and sanitise offices, including desks, touchpoints, and common areas.

• Vacuum and mop hard floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.

• Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, including worktops, sinks, and appliances as required.

• Vacuum carpets and ensure floor coverings are free from debris.

• Spot clean internal glass and mirrors to remove marks and fingerprints.

• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Manage cleaning materials and stock, ensuring supplies are maintained and stored safely.

Work Schedule

Part-time, 25 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Office in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 9BA.

Current shift pattern:

Monday: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Tuesday: 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

Wednesday: 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

Thursday: 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

Friday: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

You Will Have
