FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Aucklands Care, rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as Health Care Assistants / Support Workers. The organisation supports vulnerable people through its care home, domiciliary care, and supported living services.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents and clients.

• Assist individuals with daily activities while promoting independence.

• Support clients both within the care home and in the community.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Maintain a compassionate and person-centred approach to care.

• Help maintain the high standards of care the organisation is known for.

Work schedule 

Care Home basic rate: £12.80 per hour

Community Care basic rate: £13.50 per hour
Final pay rate will be discussed during the interview depending on skills, experience, and training.

Expected Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Caring, empathetic, and professional attitude.

• Previous care experience is desirable.

• Ability to work in different care settings.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable, committed, and compassionate personality.

• UK driving licence required (particularly looking for female staff who can drive).

Sponsorship

Successful applicants may be considered for visa sponsorship after completing a three-month induction period.
