FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will assist residents with their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing. Beaumont Care Homes provides full training and ongoing support, making this a great opportunity even for candidates with no prior care experience.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Deliver high-quality personal care to residents including washing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with daily activities while encouraging independence.
• Understand residents’ communication needs and adapt communication accordingly.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide consistent care.
• Observe residents carefully and report any concerns to senior staff.
Work Schedule:
Day and Night shifts (rota basis)
Working shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across seven days:
8:00am – 8:00pm
8:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 8:00pm
8:00pm – 8:00am

Requirements
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not required as full training is provided.
