TheGrowthGroup.uk is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join its dynamic sales team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will assist the sales team by connecting with potential customers, presenting products and services, and supporting daily sales activities to ensure a positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities includes:

• Engage with potential customers in person to introduce and promote products or services

• Clearly explain product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions

• Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication

• Assist customers with sign-ups, orders, or service registrations accurately

• Represent the brand professionally while interacting with customers in various locations

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Work Schedule

Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
