STCY Social is a growing social media agency working with beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and service-based brands. We focus on strategy-led growth – not just posting content for the sake of posting content.

We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Growth Assistant to join the team.

The Role

You will support in managing and growing multiple client accounts including:

• Aesthetics clinics
• Wellness brands
• Service-based businesses
• Internal brand (STCY Social)

This is not a basic scheduling role. We are looking for someone who understands growth, positioning, and engagement strategy – Please only apply for this role if you have proven experience of actually growing a brand, increasing their followers, engagement and views on Instagram platform – TikTok experience is also a bonus – please specify in your Cover letter your experience with this and real brand growth.

Our main focus is someone who has impeccable communication in a part time role – this role is only suitable for someone who is more happy with flexible hours – i.e. happy to jump on a post in the evening and post content in the evening – not someone who just wants to work between 9-5 and do not look at their phone after 5 (social media can be reactive so we would like someone who thrives in a role like this)

Responsibilities

• • Content planning and scheduling (Instagram/facebook-focused)
• Writing captions with strong hooks and clear CTAs – content that converts!
• Ensuring zero spelling or grammar errors – attention to detail should be your strong point
• Creating brand graphics using platform of your choice i.e. Canva Reviewing graphics before publishing
• Engaging strategically on accounts
• Assisting with content shoot planning
• Analysing performance and suggesting improvements
• Communicating clearly on priorities and deliverables
• Keeping up with current social media tips, advice and tricks that actually moves a brands growth.

You Must Be:

• Extremely detail-oriented (spelling/grammar must be excellent)
• Proactive – not reactive
• Organised and structured
• Comfortable working independently
• Confident in suggesting ideas
• Passionate about social media growth
• Interested in long-term development within an agency

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with beauty or wellness brands
• Understanding of hooks & short-form content strategy
• Canva / CapCut experience
• Experience growing accounts organically.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Growth Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will support our social media strategies, engage with audiences, and help increase our brand visibility across various platforms.

Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to grow followers and engagement.
• Manage and schedule content across multiple social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a professional manner.
• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support in creating engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience or interest in public relations and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Organisation skills to plan and schedule posts effectively.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track engagement metrics and optimise campaigns. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in social media management within a flexible remote working environment.
