The Opportunity

Start your career working on strategy that actually gets implemented. We are looking for

motivated Business or Management Graduates who are eager to learn, contribute, and

grow quickly. You will support live projects across growth strategy, revenue modelling,

market analysis, and expansion planning. Your work will contribute directly to

commercial decisions. You will see how ideas move from analysis to action. You will

gain exposure to how strategy is built in a real business environment. You do not need

years of experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to think

critically, and your drive to take ownership. This is a competitive opportunity, but we

welcome graduates who are ready to challenge themselves and step outside their comfort zone.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Conducting UK coffee market research and competitor analysis
• Identifying commercial growth opportunities
• Supporting financial and revenue modelling
• Assisting with expansion and scalability planning
• Evaluating operational processes and suggesting improvements
• Preparing structured reports and presentations
• Supporting go-to-market and customer acquisition initiatives

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute meaningfully from day one.

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident working with data and Excel
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, proactive, and eager to develop
