About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support our engineering team on a daily basis. The role involves making brief calls and taking structured notes based on information provided by our engineers while they are on site.
This is a light, consistent support role — ideal for someone looking for part-time flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
● Making short daily calls to engineers on site
● Recording updates, job notes, and required actions
● Logging information into our system / notes tracker
● Ensuring communication is clear and accurate
● Flagging any urgent updates to the office team
Requirements
● Fluent in English or Slovak (both preferred, but not essential)
● Good communication skills
● Confident on the phone
● Strong attention to detail when taking notes
● Basic admin / organisational skills
● Reliable and consistent availability daily
Working Hours
● Approx. 1 hour per day
● To be completed anytime between 12:00 – 17:00 (UK time)
● Flexible timing within this window
