QEY Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing Domiciliary Care provider seeking an experienced Care Manager to join their team.
This is an office-based leadership role focused primarily on CQC compliance, governance, and team management. The service has an established structure with dedicated staff supporting consultations, care planning, and client onboarding – allowing you to focus on operational performance and regulatory standards.
The Role
As Care Manager, you will:
● Oversee CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
● Lead and manage the office and care coordination team
● Ensure policies, procedures, and audits are maintained to a high standard
● Monitor service quality, KPIs, and performance
● Support continuous improvement and staff development
● Work closely with senior leadership to maintain service excellence
Requirements
● Previous experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
● Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
● NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
● Strong leadership and organisational skills
● Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
