Description
As a Live-in Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. (1 to 1 Care and Support and Live Carer`s also required)
We are looking to engage carers in the following areas:
● Oxford and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
● Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
● Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
● Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
● Building strong relationships with clients and their families
● Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations
Qualities we’re looking for:
● Compassion and empathy towards others
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliability and a strong work ethic
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
● Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance
● Right to work in the UK
● Good standard of oral and written communication skills
● Must Live Within Oxford/Oxfordshire
