FULL JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to join our excellent team of Registered Nurses at Quarry House in Fishponds. We will consider newly qualified as well as experienced nurses. We invest in our staff, the environment, and our equipment to ensure that you have everything you need to fulfil your role.

Responsibilities and duties for the Registered Nurse role are:

● Develop friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.

● Enable residents to maintain their well-being by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests.

● Lead by example of excellent attitude and care practices.

● Manage the care of allocated Residents.

● Manage the performance of Carers during your allocated shifts

Requirements for the Registered Nurse role:

● Current registration with the NMC

Hours:

● 24 per week, flexible across nights and days

PAY:

As an employee you will earn

● £22 per hour DOE

● 10% enhancement on weekends

● 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays
