FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a growing boiler installation company delivering high-quality domestic and commercial heating projects. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from sale through to installation and completion, while also managing day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, processes, and projects.

Duties
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing boiler installation projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll act as the key link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage boiler installation projects from handover to completion

● Plan and schedule engineers, materials, and resources

● Oversee daily operations and workflow across multiple projects

● Liaise with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

● Coordinate suppliers and manage stock/material requirements

● Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations

● Monitor project costs, timelines, and performance

● Resolve issues and delays efficiently and professionally

● Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Skills

● Experience in management or operations

● Strong organisational and time-management skills

● Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

● Problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude

● Comfortable working with engineers, customers, and suppliers

● Good IT skills (Excel, scheduling tools, job management systems)

Desirable but not essential:

● Knowledge of boiler installations or heating systems

● Experience working with Gas Safe engineers or similar trades

● Formal project management qualification
