High Private Opportunity

A well-established mixed dental practice in Gillingham is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, structured, and clinically progressive team.

This role suits a dentist who wants consistency, strong earnings, and real support, not chaos.

The Role:

• Ideally full-time (4–5 days per week)
• Mixed NHS / Private position
• 20–30 UDAs per day
• UDA rate £12.50–£13.50, depending on experience
• Private income on a sliding scale
• Typical NHS/private split: 30–50% NHS, remainder private
• Existing dentists generating £1k–£2k private per day
• No new NHS patients being taken on

The Practice Environment:

• 5–6 surgery practice
• FD training site with strong mentoring culture
• Digital X-rays, OPG and CBCT on site
• Rotary endo (ProTaper & WaveOne)
• Endodontist, implant dentists, and DWSIs within the group
• Hygienists on site (routine, perio, airflow)
• Qualified nurses throughout
• Free on-street parking or nearby parking available

Support & Development:

• Mentorship available and encouraged
• Investment in technology and systems (cloud-based systems in progress)
• Visa sponsorship available
• Clear pathways for clinical growth

Earnings:

• Existing dentist figures can be shown at interview
• Estimated net take-home: £15k–£20k per month (4–5 days, pro rata)
