FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an experienced and well-established food business launching an exciting new venture in Bolton and are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join us at the start of this project.

This role involves preparing high-quality Indian food in large batches, maintaining consistency, flavour, and quality at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes in large volumes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control
• Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with menu planning and production processes
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef
• Experience with bulk or large-batch cooking preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
• Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
