About Us
- SJW UK Properties was founded in 2015 with a clear mission: to help overseas Chinese clients make confident, enjoyable, and well-informed property decisions in the UK’s key locations, particularly London and Cambridge.
- The company initially focused on UK new-build property sales.
- In 2019, we launched our second business line — SJW Property Management. Since its establishment, this division has experienced rapid and sustained growth and has become one of the company’s most strategically important business units.
- 2026 marks a key acceleration phase for the Property Management division, guided by a clear long-term strategy.
- To support this growth, we are now looking to hire 1–2 full-time Senior Marketing Experts to join us and help build and execute a scalable marketing system for this business.
Work visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and drive the annual marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Lead and participate in content creation, including but not limited to:
- Video content
- Copywriting (short-form and long-form)
- Visual and editorial content
- Manage content distribution, channel strategy, and audience engagement to support brand growth and lead generation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business development
- Occasional travel to China may be required, depending on business needs
