FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue
• Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
•  Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel
   Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
   Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
• Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
•  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
