FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. (1 to 1 Care and Support and Live Carer`s also required)

We are looking to engage carers in the following areas:

Oxford and surrounding areas. Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Wheatley, Headington, Carterton, Horspath, Oxford city, OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4, Chalgrove, Chinnor, Chipping Norton, Bicester

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

– Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

– Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders

– Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

– Building strong relationships with clients and their families

– Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations

Qualities we’re looking for:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Essential Requirements:
• Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance
• Right to work in the UK
• Good standard of oral and written communication skills
